After a bitter legal battle, Siddharth Jawahar, founder of Swiftarc Capital, was sentenced to eleven years in prison for running a Ponzi scheme that defrauded sixty-four investors, including NFL star Travis Kelce. Jawahar diverted funds from new investors to maintain a lavish lifestyle while allegations arose of falsifying evidence and misinformation about his immigration status.
