Jennifer Jones, 69, is at Heathrow Airport from Phoenix, Arizona, and said: “(We) had to wait on the plane for the bus to come pick us up because everyone was trying to get on the buses, so we finally got on the bus and got on and it was chaos because all the flights were canceled and by the time we realized, ‘Well, I’m going to have to stay the night,’ all the hotels were booked.”
