Graph AI, which developed the artificial intelligence-based pharmacovigilance platform Graph Safety, on Thursday announced a $13.3 million Series A funding round led by Insight Partners, with participation from existing investor Bessemer Venture Partners. The company plans to use the funding to accelerate its expansion in the US and Europe.
Graph Safety combines artificial intelligence with deterministic controls, inspection layers and end-to-end audit trails designed for regulated pharmacovigilance environments. Outputs and inputs remain traceable, ensuring customer verification, audit readiness, and human control. The platform was designed to meet applicable regulatory requirements and changing expectations for AI in drug development and patient safety.
When implemented in real time, Graph Safety reduced call processing time from more than three hours to less than 10 minutes, a reduction of more than 90 percent, and also reduced operational costs by up to 66 percent.
Since raising its seed round in October 2025, Graph AI has brought two modules to market: Intake, which collects and sorts incoming adverse event reports by channel, and Nucleus, an intelligent safety database that automates end-to-end case processing.
Also launching this month is a third module called Report for automated aggregate reporting. The company has attracted pharmaceutical and biotech clients in North America and other markets, and has partnered to develop future modules, including Signal, which displays new signals and safety patterns in different cases.
