Can the ego become greater than love? This question forms the central theme Home On Raha Merais an upcoming romantic musical starring Aadhyayan Suman and Divita Rai, who will be making her debut with the film.
Adhyayan Suman and Divita Rai’s Main Na Raha Mera are out for the first time, teaser will be released on September 16
The creators have unveiled the first animated poster, offering a glimpse into the emotional world of the film. It begins with a haunting voice asking, “Kya gurur ishq se bada ho sakta hai?” setting the tone for a story that explores love, longing, heartbreak and ego.
Home On Raha Mera follows Raj, a young man whose understanding of romance is influenced by classic love stories of the 1990s. Having lost his Simran to one-sided love, Raj eventually crosses paths with her again after twelve years. Their reunion brings back emotions he never fully left, and also forces him to confront the pain associated with their past.
Talking about the film, Adhyayan Suman said, “Main Na Raha Mera is an incredibly special film that is deeply close to my heart. Sometimes making a film becomes a story in itself! This three-year journey we have been through making as a team has changed all of us. Dharmesh ji stood firmly behind the film as its producer, which is a rarity in the film industry today! Divita Rai is starting her wonderful journey as a debutante and Rahul Nair has given us what I truly believe is one of the best and most soulful music albums of the year. I am immensely grateful and grateful to the entire team! Special mention to my editor Shubham Srivastav who worked tirelessly to create this beautiful film!”
For Divita Rai, this film was her first acting project. Talking about her character, she said, “My character goes through layers of emotions, some of which are beautiful and some of which are really difficult, and opening up that space as an actor was really special. I hope that audiences connect with the character’s journey and see some of their own emotions in it.”
