Next week’s Corrie will also feature some chilling scenes between Tyrone Dobbs and his dad Ross Wilkes.

While a bleary-eyed Shauna struggles with Harper, Jodie Ramsey reminds her that she promised Lily Platt a cake at the school sale. Jodie refuses to help, claiming that she has a dentist appointment.
After a stressful morning, Shona is horrified when the smoke alarm goes off and realizes she has been set on fire. But Jody watches from the garden, enjoying her sister’s torment.

Later, while Shauna is napping on the couch, Jodie slips in. Although it is unclear what will happen next, David Platt soon arrives with Shauna and Jodie’s father, Doug Ramsey, and they are horrified to find the kitchen full of smoke and Shauna asleep. While David tries to wake her up, will Shauna and Harper be okay?
After the incident and feeling useless at home, with David and Jodie insisting she just relax, Shauna goes to get Harper to take a bath. But what she doesn’t know is that devious Jodie is replacing the water with boiling water from the kettle, so that when David tastes the water, he squeals in pain.
When Shauna comes in with Harper, David swears at her, pointing out that she might have scalded their daughter. Shauna apologizes profusely, will David accept? Meanwhile, when Gemma Winter-Brown tells Jodie about her postnatal depression, Jodie secretly forms a plan.
Later, when David and Shauna go out for a romantic lunch, Jodie criticizes Shauna’s hair and clothes to undermine her confidence. Back home, Shauna enters the house and hears Harper crying. She tries to open the annex door but finds it locked.
David comes in to find Shona beside herself with worry. Frustrated, Shauna goes for a walk. Asha Alahan finds Shauna in Victoria Gardens with Harper. When Asha smells wine on Shauna’s breath, she has reason to worry.
As the week comes to an end, Shona hears Harper crying, but as she goes to pick her up, David comes in from the garden, carrying a happy, smiling Harper. Shauna becomes upset, convinced that she must be hearing something. Later, David accompanies Shauna to the doctor.
Afterwards, while Shauna is napping, Jodie remarks to David that it must be difficult being a carer and a single parent. But, standing up for his wife, David claims that this is just a mistake.
Meanwhile, Keith Green brings the woman back to the apartment, but when she tries to kiss him, he admits he’s not in the right state. But when Bethany Platt appears, the woman runs out. How will she react?
Bethany later visits her mom Sarah Platt in prison and, masking her own guilt, breaks the news to her that Keith has left. After the visit, Bethany confronts Ryan Connor about the fact that Keith is seeing other women, but they are interrupted when Michael Bailey enters in a celebratory mood, having received Sarah’s old job as an assistant manager at Underworld.
Back home, when Bethany receives a text from Ryan and smiles, Keith convinces her to do it since it’s obvious they like each other. Later, over drinks, Ryan tells Bethany funny stories. Will she make her move?
As for Keith, he sees a breast cancer consultant to talk to him about his next steps after his stage 3 diagnosis. But back at the station, Lisa Connor-Swain puts pressure on Keith to find Luke Cookson’s killer. When Keith snaps at her, Lisa expresses her concerns to Bernie.
Later, Keith goes after the young guy, accusing him of killing Luke and wanting to fight. The whale with two black eyes joins the family for pizza night. Worried about him, Bernie tells Kit that she has a good feeling about the cancer test and is confident that everything will be clear. Will Keith open up to Bernie?
Elsewhere in Weatherfield, while Ross Wilkes gets comfortable, Tyrone Dobbs finds out how much time he spends at their house. Ross quickly changes the subject and tells Tyrone the UFO story. Later, at the pub, Tyrone shares Ross’s story, and when all the guys mock him, Ross hides his annoyance.
In an attempt to mend bridges, Tyrone invites Ross and Tracy Barlow to join him and Fiz at the bistro. While Tyrone questions Ross about his past relationships, Fiz has fun and reveals that Tracy has been married four times. When Ross makes a scathing comment about Richie Parkinson and his claim that he was abused by his wife, will Tyrone, who has dealt with his own trauma of domestic violence in the past, react?
Ross later tells Tracy that he deeply regrets his remarks, and Tracy advises him to apologize to Tyrone. Ross apologizes to Tyrone for his rude comments, but will all be forgiven?
Also at the Weatherfield Cafe, a guy named Marco compliments Summer Spellman on her drawing. As Summer heads to the restroom, Marco rips a page out of Summer’s notebook and leaves. Summer walks past a tattoo parlor and notices her drawing on display in the window.
Summer soon accosts Marco outside the tattoo parlor and accuses him of stealing her design. Marco explains that it was just an excuse to see her again, he would like to buy her drawing, and suggests they meet for a drink. Will Summer agree?
Summer later admits to Asha and Amy Barlow that she agreed to go on a date with Marco, but still has her doubts. Meanwhile, Asha is nervous about returning to work and seeing Sienna again, causing the girls to sympathize with their failed relationship.
And as Carl Webster struggles to find work, Debbie suggests he return to the hotel, but Ronnie Bailey is in a hurry to shut it down. When Carl later reminds Debbie that she was supposed to meet Ronnie for dinner, Debbie calls Ronnie and lies, pretending that she was ambushed at work, while Carl listens worriedly.
