Police are investigating a possible break-in at the Hollywood Hills home of Oscar-winning director Quentin Tarantino.
In a statement to Global News, the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) said officers responded Wednesday to the 7400 block of Woodrow Wilson Drive around 12:20 p.m. local time due to a possible burglary at that location.
“The suspect was missing upon officers’ arrival and investigation revealed he was a trespassing suspect described as a 35-year-old male and a trespassing report was filed,” police added.
The Los Angeles Times reports that people were in the house when a man allegedly tried to break into a second-floor window of the three-story building.
TMZ, which reported the alleged break-in, says Tarantino was not home at the time.

The incident remains under investigation.
This is not the first time Pulp Fiction There were problems with intruders at the director’s house.
In 2018, Tarantino reportedly woke up in the middle of the night to find two burglars in his home.
TMZ reported that the 63-year-old director confronted the men and they ran out of his Hollywood Hills mansion.
No one was injured during the incident, but it was reported that the men allegedly fled with jewelry and other valuables.
