Only organizations participating in the Daybreak cybersecurity program had access to the model, while ChatGPT Plus, Pro, Business and Enterprise subscribers, as well as developers using the OpenAI API, were left out.

Altman wrote in a follow-up X post on Friday that OpenAI has extended Astra to Pro, Enterprise and Business Premium users in the ChatGPT Work and Codex products and exposed it via an API.
