Many 30-year-olds are ambitious, career-oriented people, but perhaps none more so than French far-right politician Jordan Bardella.
Dressed in a sharp suit, the sharp leader of France’s National Rally party is being tipped as a future prime minister – or even president – of one of Britain’s closest allies.
He was also the star of the show at the Reform Party conference in Birmingham, signing a small courts agreement with his admiring colleague Nigel Farage.
So who is Bardella? And why has a party like Reform, which denies its far-right position, developed such a close relationship?
